But on the other hand you get people confusing Parkour with freerunning and freerunning with tricking...well what ever. Any ways If YOU have a You Tube acco… Continue

If you would like to take the time to watch it here it is(please note that there is no freerunning in this video):

HGH supplements assist greatly in the production and release of HGH (human growth hormone) in the pituitary gland. HGH supplements do this by first stimulating the hypothalamus to send the message to the pituitary that more HGH needs to be secreted and released. After the HGH supplements have done their job, cells called Somatrophs go to work in the pituitary gland producing HGH. The hormone is then used

ok because the scene is getting bigger I'd like everyone to post the days that are good for them to attend Jam sessions. I understant they might change due to commitments but if you are able to attend on say friday 75% of the time still put it down. I'd also like everyone to either edit their days or post a new list of days when school comes round again as free days would be vastly shortened. Continue

I'm currently writing a short book to be made into a film. Hopefully the film will help people to realise that Parkour and Freerunning are not the same.
The Blurb;
In Manchester there are two groups of teenage lads. Tracuers - who practice the art of Parkour and Freerunners - who do the populised adaptation, Freerunning. The Tracuers have to beg and steal living on the streets using Parkour to survive, but the Freerunners live a fine life earning money from sponsership, doing Freerunning in adv… Continue

Since then our business has grown and our coverage has only spread.
We are going to film our second movie, "Hop, Drop, and Roll", this summer as we travel from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and back again. The thing is: we're not just plannin… Continue
