Could you also come up with a specific time and place that we could meet? Also, would you be able to get a release form signed by your parent/guardian prior to us meeting? This is just so that we can legally use your image in our film. We want to have all release forms signed by the time we meet up with everyone along the way.

You think you could compile a few spots not too far apart so we can get all the filming done in one day? Only reason is we're on a tight schedule staying in some cities 3 days but others only 1 if that. Let me know where we're going to be at so we can plan out our day. Thanks man.

I'm going to run it by the rest of the team but if it means you and your team will perform, shouldn't be a problem at all.
