Profile Information

Relationship Status:
In a Relationship
About Me:
Hello, My name is Keith. I live in Virginia, of the United States. I have been a practitioner of Parkour and Freerunning for about a year so far. I love Parkour and it is my passion. I am a Christian and do Parkour for God, it is my way of thanking him for everything he has done for me, regardless of what others believe. I respect others and their beliefs as well as respecting myself.

Extra Info about me:
Hobbes/Interests: Parkour, Freerunning, Tricking, Martial Arts, Music, playing drums, poetry, hanging out with friends, anything that involves a good time really :)
Music: Almost anything, mainly Alternative and Rock.
Books: I don't read often.
Any thing else: I like writing poems, some times playing video games, and hanging out.

My Philosophy:
I believe that the true philosophy of Parkour is to push your self to do things you never thought were possible and to better one's self not only in Parkour but in life as well. My body is a temple and will be treated as such. That means I condition my body often and train as much as I can, as hard as I can. I believe that the philosophy of Free Running is to have fun and be creative in your environment. Parkour and FreeRunning are also meant to be fun that is one of the main reasons why I love these Disciplines. Every one has their own strengths and abilities, every one fallows their own way in life as well as Parkour. To me, in Parkour it does not matter who can, "run up that wall" or "Jump that gap", what truly matters is how you act in life and how it reflects on others. To me...that is what Parkour is truly about. That is My Philosophy.

About my team:
Elijah Simmons and I are founders of a Parkour/free run team called, "Silver Sprint" we direct our team in a positive way to the public and train hard. As a team we are a family and as a family we exchange techniques with each other to progress faster.
Current Team members:
-Keith N.(me)[founder]
-Elijah S.[founder]
-Shae L.[member]
...we are all equal as a team and do not believe in leadership. We also have videos posted on YouTube for people to learn more about Parkour and Freerunning.

I also have my own personal YouTube channel with videos of my own progression and new movements and tricks I'm working on.

They explain the philosophy of Parkour so well even someone like me who understands the philosophy well already learns from it. There are four parts to it and each part lasts about 10 minutes long. If you would like to take the time to watch it here it is(please note that there is no freerunning in this video):
