I'd becareful about certain groups though, do your research before hand... I prefer parkour generations as I haven't done any research on 3run yet

If it helps, once you get a movement down don't "try too hard" to pratice it at different areas and things. Remember that since you know the movement already, it should come naturally and you should barely need to try. Like when I run up a wall, I already know it so I don't sweat how big the wall is, I just do it and let the flow come naturally. I learned this from a group called 3RUN, they are professionals at Parkour and Freerunning. There awesome, look them up on YouTube sometime.

yea she is, its hard I know as its instinct, but you'll get into it quite easily if you start to feel the flow, I'll quote from Mirrors edge -" the flow is what keeps us going, keeps us ALIVE" you'll know it when you feel it.

hey not sure if anyone's told you this, but when you wall run keep running up it as if the wall has no end. people lose their momentum really easy if they don't continue to run the whole way up the wall, just because they see that they're almost at the top.

Nice bands..... hey if you want, I've got some good videos for wall runs and true they don't explain it but they do the movements in slow mo so their easy to analyse, well I can send em by e-mail if you like? ..... also tricking is good and everyone to their own, I love parkour as a way of life and a discipline.... tricking to me is more a laid back thing, somehing to enjoy without restrictions

Hey I can do wall runs pretty good. Heres some tips:
-Use the balls off your feet.
runs, many people make a mistake and try to "run up the wall" you cant. wall running is really bouncing up the wall with enough momentum to go up it(this makes it look like you are running up the wall when really you are bouncing)
- approach the wall with enough momentum(like jogging) and hop up placing the balls of your foot about nee to waist hight(too high and u will lose momentum too low and you wont have enough)
-as you place the balls of your feet on the wall kick off and try bringing your other leg up by tucking it and repeating the same steps as before.
-to get more than one step just repeat the process until you cant go any higher
-pulling up the wall: there are two ways to do this, grab the top of the wall with both hands(safest way) or push up with one hand and grab the top of wall with other(this helps you get higher)
-both ways work just find one you like more.
-once you have both hands on top of wall start pulling up and kick upwards with your feet(for more speed and support to get up the wall), get up and straighten your arms and lightly fold your stomach over the wall, then kick up wards jerking your lower half of the body up onto or over the wall(depending on how hard you kick)

Hope I helped, Ill make a video on how to do it soon.
