when i do parkour i feel like an eagle soaring in the sky so free and happy i feel like all mytroubles jus go away and i am one with the world so peaceful and exhilarating ahh i love parkour.

Hello, recently I was on surfing YouTube for Parkour videos and found an amazing documentary that a very talented group made. They explain the philosophy of Parkour so well even someone like me who understands the philosophy well already learns from it. There are four parts to it and each part lasts about 10 minutes long.
